Consignment Terms & Conditions
TERMS & AGREEMENT
1. Item Acceptance
All items are accepted at the sole discretion of Repeat Vintage based on brand, condition, seasonality, and current inventory needs.
2. Pricing
Repeat Vintage determines all pricing. Pricing decisions are based on brand, condition, and market demand and are final.
3. Consignment Period
The consignment period is 60 days from the date items are accepted.
4. Unsold Items
If items remain unsold after 60 days, you will be notified to pick them up. Items must be collected within 7 days of notification. Any items not picked up within this timeframe may become property of Repeat Vintage and may be donated or disposed of.
5. Payout
You will receive 40% of the final sale price, as outlined by Repeat Vintage. Payout to be sent via e-transfer on the 1st of every month.
6. Item Condition
All items must be clean, in good condition, and free of stains, odors, or damage. Repeat Vintage may remove items at any time if they no longer meet shop standards.
7. Liability
Repeat Vintage is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage, though reasonable care will be taken.
8. Authenticity
All items must be authentic and owned by you. No counterfeit items are accepted.
